1. Limited One-Year Warranty
Novelty Point Optics (“NPO”) warrants to the original purchaser that your thermal/infrared/night vision scope devices and dot sight, rifle sight, binoculars and telescopes shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by NPO in writing.
2. What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty sensors, lens anomalies).
- Functional failures under intended operational conditions.
- Malfunctioning of display or user interface caused by wire connection.
- Broken of parts or structure caused by recoil under normal operation.
3. What’s Not Covered
- Sunburnt of infrared sensor due to direct exposure of sun.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, water immersion, or unauthorized modifications.
- Structure or hardware demage caused operation over product rated recoil proof level.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, battery degradation).
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms.
- Software/firmware issues caused by improper updates or third-party apps.
4. How to Claim Warranty Service
a. Contact Support: Initiate a claim via email at sales@np-optics.com or our Warranty Portal, NPO will response in 24hours and guiding you through the whole aftersales process.Firstly you will be providing:
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
- Product serial number.
- Detailed description of the issue including photos and videos.
b. Evaluation: NPO will immediately give you response regarding evaluation. This will take normally 48 hours, or in rare cases may require return of the product for inspection (shipping costs is covered by NPO).
c. Resolution: Once NPO giving conclusion of disfunctioning of product, for these valid claims, if there is replacement required, customer needs to send the defected product to designated collecting address(overseas service currently available in USA, Canada, Russia, South Africa ), then NPO will initiate replacement as soon as the defected device is received. For those cases only require parts or components, NPO will send the parts in 24 hours once the conclusion is made, at NPO’s cost.
5. International Warranty
Warranty services are valid globally. Customers outside the original purchase region may incur additional shipping/customs fees. Contact your regional distributor for localized support.
6. Disclaimer
This warranty is your sole remedy. NPO shall not be liable for indirect damages (e.g., hunting losses, data corruption). Warranty does not override applicable consumer law rights.
7. Extended Protection (Optional)

8. Return
All sales are final, Novelty Point Optics does not accept return request. Under any circumstances, NPO only apply repair, replacement, providing parts for warranty policy approvaled aftersales service request.
