For hunting applications, we work closely with professional North American coyote and wild hog hunters throughout the product development process. From reticle design and optical system matching to ergonomic industrial design and auxiliary functions, real field experience helps us create products that meet the practical needs of hunters.
Our engineering team develops concepts using SolidWorks and rapidly validates designs through 3D printed prototypes. Continuous collaboration with hunting professionals ensures every product achieves the right balance between performance, reliability, and user experience before entering production.
Advanced Engineering & Quality Control
To guarantee the performance of every NPO product, all infrared detectors undergo multiple inspections, including detector uniformity testing, packaging verification, and NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) evaluation.
For thermal scopes, holographic sights, and red dot sights, we perform optical axis calibration during assembly, after assembly, and after final testing. This multi-stage verification process helps ensure excellent zero retention and consistent accuracy in the field.
Our facilities include a Class 10,000 cleanroom, 10⁻³ lux low-light laboratory, recoil and shock testing platform, high and low temperature environmental testing systems, vacuum nitrogen filling equipment, optical axis calibration benches, waterproof testing stations, and pressure testing stations.
