Limited Two-Year Warranty

Novelty Point Optics ("NPO") warrants to the original purchaser that your thermal/infrared/night vision scope device shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2-year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by NPO in writing.

Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty sensors, lens anomalies). Functional failures under intended operational conditions.

What’s Not Covered

Damage from misuse, accidents, water immersion, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, battery degradation).
